Vertical kitchen mandoline for slicing without a cutting board

The vertical mandoline with collection tray changes the way you cut vegetables. Slide the potato, carrot, or cucumber into the wide chute, press down, and the slices fall directly into the tray placed underneath. No more need for a cutting board or knife, and the countertop stays clean.

A dial allows you to switch from thin slices to thick slices, and then to 5 to 8 mm sticks for homemade fries or raw vegetables. The legs fold down for storage in a cupboard.

Uniform cuts, protected hands, easy storage

The feeding chute closes with a push cover: your fingers do not get close to the blade. The slices are all the same thickness, so cooking is even, whether in the oven or in the pan.
