The 6-in-1 mandoline with interchangeable blades means no need to keep a grater, julienne peeler and slicer in the drawer. Six blades can be inserted into the platform one after the other: 3 or 5 mm julienne, 1.5 or 3 mm slicing, fine grating for garlic and ginger, and a crinkle cut blade for more indulgent potatoes.

The platform sits on a transparent container: grated carrots, zucchini slices or cucumber sticks fall inside, allowing you to see the quantity prepared.
