The long stainless steel zester removes the thin, fragrant layer of lemon or orange peel without the bitter white pith. It also grates Parmesan into light flakes, fresh ginger for a marinade, and chocolate for decorating a dessert. Its long blade gives you plenty of room: a few passes are all it takes.

A secure grip for precise work

The rubber and plastic handle does not slip, even with wet hands, and protects your fingers from the blade's teeth. A tip at the end of the blade allows you to rest it on the cutting board or the edge of a bowl. The hole in the handle is used to hang it near the worktop.
