Stainless steel grater mandoline with handle and removable plates

The stainless steel grater mandoline with removable plates replaces the old four-sided grater that takes up space in the cupboard. A stainless steel frame with a handle, and plates that can be changed depending on the recipe: slicing for potatoes and cucumbers, julienne for carrots, fine grating for cheese or zest.

To change the plate, slide one edge into the groove, then the other edge into the opposite groove. Everything is flat: the frame and plates can be stored in a drawer without taking up space.

The plates can be removed and rinsed under water with a brush. Place the end in a salad bowl and slide the food down.
