The 3-thickness adjustable handheld mandoline is designed for small everyday quantities. There is no need to mount it: simply hold it by the handle, place the end on a bowl or plate, and slice. Cucumber for salad, carrot for a stir-fry, lemon or orange slices—everything is ready in a few seconds.

The side selector adjusts the thickness: 1 mm for very thin slices, 2.5 mm for everyday use, and 4 mm for slices that hold up during cooking.
