Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products, shipping, and returns.

How many pulls are needed to finely mince garlic? +

For finely chopped garlic, allow 6 to 10 quick pulls depending on the size of the cloves. Cut the garlic into two or three pieces before inserting it for a more even result from the very first pulls.

Does the string mechanism hold up over time with daily use? +

The mechanism is designed to withstand daily use. To preserve it, pull the cord regularly, without forcing it, and avoid overfilling the bowl. The stainless steel blades are corrosion-resistant.

How do I clean the chopper after use? +

The bowl easily disassembles for quick cleaning in hot soapy water. The stainless steel blades should be carefully hand-washed to preserve their sharpness.

Can you chop wet ingredients like tomatoes or mushrooms? +

Yes, wet ingredients work well. However, avoid overfilling the bowl with very juicy ingredients—the excess liquid can reduce chopping efficiency. Drain slightly beforehand if necessary.

How long does it take for my order to ship? +

Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped. Allow a total of 5 to 9 business days for delivery in mainland France. An email with a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.

What is your return policy? +

You have 30 days after receipt to return your order, with free returns from mainland France. The product must be complete, in its original packaging, unused or lightly used. Full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receipt of the package.
