Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products, shipping, and returns.

Should the ingredients be cut before adding them? +

Yes, cut the vegetables and ingredients into 2 to 3 cm pieces to make chopping easier and achieve an even result. Pieces that are too large do not process properly and strain the mechanism.

Is the bowl dishwasher-safe? +

No, all pieces should be hand-washed in water at a maximum of 60°C. Rinse the stainless steel blades immediately after use, then dry them before storing.

How to prevent juicy ingredients from spilling out while chopping? +

Do not fill the bowl more than 2/3 full with juicy ingredients. For tomatoes and onions, drain lightly beforehand. The airtight lid prevents splashing when chopping.

Is the mechanism suitable for intensive daily use? +

The mechanism is designed for regular household use. For very intensive use (several times a day), regularly check the condition of the seals and blades. Simple maintenance extends its lifespan.

How long does it take for my order to ship? +

Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped. Allow 5 to 9 business days in total for delivery in mainland France. An email with a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.

What is your return policy? +

You have 30 days after receipt to return your order, with free returns from mainland France. The product must be complete, in its original packaging, unused or lightly used. Full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receipt of the package.
