Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products, shipping, and returns.

What is the difference between a cold extractor and a centrifuge? +

The cold press juicer rotates slowly (less than 100 rpm) and presses fruits and vegetables to extract their juice without heat. It preserves more nutrients and enzymes. The juicer spins at high speed, works faster, but generates heat.

How long can the extracted juice be stored? +

Cold-pressed juice keeps for 48 to 72 hours in the refrigerator in an airtight container. For optimal nutrient retention, consume within 24 hours. Do not leave the juice at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

Should fruits and vegetables be peeled before juicing? +

Peel the citrus fruits, melons and pineapple. The skin of apples, pears, carrots, beets and cucumbers can be left on if the produce is organic and thoroughly washed. Always remove the pits from peaches, plums and apricots.

How to clean the filter screen without damaging it? +

Rinse immediately after each use—dried pulp residue builds up quickly and clogs the mesh. Use the included cleaning brush. Avoid abrasive sponges, which scratch and damage the stainless steel screen.

How long does it take for my order to ship? +

Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped. Allow a total of 4 to 8 business days for delivery in mainland France. An email with a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.

What is your return policy? +

You have 60 days after receipt to return your order, with free returns from mainland France. The product must be complete, in its original packaging, and unused or only lightly used. Full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the package.
